  • Burien Park Use Agreement Conditions 

    • Post or have available onsite the Park Use Agreement Contract during the event. 
    • User is responsible for cleaning the area of use prior to the end of their scheduled use. Thirty (30) minutes prior to end of rental is recommended, unless stated on Park Use Agreement. 
    • It is unlawful to use, place, or erect any sign board, pole, or device of any kind to advertise the event or attach any notice, poster, sign, wire, rope or cord to any tree, shrub, railing, post or structure, or place or erect on any park structure unless stated in Park Use Agreement. 
    • No vehicle access beyond marked parking areas, including catering vehicles unless stated on Park Use Agreement. 
    • Only 10 x10 or smaller tent/shelter shall be erected unless stated on use the agreement.  Tent/Shelter must have unobstructed view through at least two sides unless stated on use agreement. ​All four sides of the tent must be weighted down. 
    • No alcohol is allowed on City property unless granted permission by the Department Director. Controlled substance or tobacco products are not allowed. 
    • The park is only available for use during scheduled park hours (8:00 am to posted park closing time) unless granted permission by the Department Director. 
    • No fires or barbeques are allowed in the parks except in a designated city park barbeque unit or fire pit, unless granted permission by the Department Director 
    • Dogs must be on leash and owners must collect and dispose of waste appropriately. 
    • Games should not interfere with other park users. Remnants from games (hay, balloons, eggshells, etc.) must be deposited in trash containers. 
    • Common areas must be shared with the public unless stated on the Park Use Agreement. 
    • Amplification of music is not allowed unless stated on the Park Use Agreement. 
    • You must vacate reserved park sites upon request by park staff.
