*If approved, vendors must pay for their first approved date up front. We do this to avoid no shows and to cultivate consistent and dedicated vendors.

- I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2025 Bee Cave Farmers Market at my own risk and hereby release Bee Cave Farmers Market, Jennifer Childress, Penny V Productions, or the Hill Country Galleria from any liability arising from this event or the use of HCG premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of HCG premises during an event. Such indemnity adhere to the rules and regulations included in this application as well as the rules and regulations outlined on the Bee Cave Farmers Market website.
- In the event that my tent or any part my of booth causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking. Parking information will be provided prior to market.
- The vendor understands there are NO REFUNDS if they cancel or no show. Once their participation date or dates are confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable. ***If Bee Cave Farmers Market cancels for any reason, and the vendor has made a payment, they will move that payment to the next week the vendor is scheduled.
I understand and agree to the above rules and policies of Bee Cave Farmers Market. I also understand that upon approval, proof of my necessary permits/licenses will be required.*
